new beans

here is my little girl now that she is above ground.i can alredy tell a difference with the good genetics, the stem is already fatter than my12 day old bag seed grow.cant wait to see how this turns out.:mrgreen:

:leaf::leaf:im not running cfl, i got 4, 4ft, t8 40 watt tube florecents, im in the process of figuring out how im going to rig up some cfl's inside my grow cab.i previously posted pics and dementions if anybody would like to give some suggestions it would be greatly appreciated( note; low cost a must) thanx in advance....:leaf::leaf:
 
I would still switch to a warmer spectrum bulb.

One of the best ways I've found to rig up cfls is to buy the socket to outlet adapters and buy a power strip surge protector. Find a way to attach the power strips to the sides of the walls as needed.

yep 14 days today...my last plnt was 3 times that size when it had the same amount of leaves this plans is super small. when my light cycle comes back on ill hold something up next to it so you can get a since of perspective.this thing is super small.
 
alright!! i have finally finished lining the entire box with mylar and i have ditched the lamp.I know have the 150w cfl hanging from the cord attached to the box ceiling.i found a little 150w hps bulb and housing combo for 60 bucks.do yall think that hps will be enough to flower one auto plant at a time??? thanx in advance
 
thats a legit question,but one i dont know the answer too...lol. im sure someone on here knows that information.sorry i couldnt helpim pretty new at all this.
 
Have you had a successful grow with just the one T8 2 tube light before? I'm on my first grow and seems to me most don;t think it is enough light. I am in the process of adding 150 watt cfl's and will use my 2 T8's down the sides of the plants. I have mixed T8 bulbs (5000K & 2750K) Just curious....

T8's won't put out the lumens you need for more than starting your plants. Two tubes especially. You need light that will penetrate the canopy. I use 125 watt CFL's to veg and a 600 watt HPS to flower. Works great!
 
yea i figure im going to have to get some duct fans but its alright for the moment.ill be adding more little by little.
