I'm starting a new room due to last garden not working out, location wise.

I have a 8x8 area I'm walling off and sealing up, I plan on running 4 600 watts eventually with a portable ac/ dehumidifier.
Scrog,
harvesting every 2 weeks.

How many plants per harvest?
I would suggest to ditch the portable ac and get a mini split or at least a window shaker.
Are you going to run 2 1000w ballasts and a splitter? or 4 600w ballasts?

I got a 5k btu window unit. I'm putting in 1 600 watt cool tube with fan and filter exhausting out. Tomorrow.
In 2 weeks is add another 600watt. When I add my next batch. So on and so forth till I have a total of 4 600watts. Covering 4 different stages of flower.

I'm going to try 2 plants per 600 and Scrogged them.

Floor space I'm thinking of a 6x4 raised bed tray, (plants in 3 gal pots) with a total of 8 plants in that space.
The screen frame will be around 7x5 and other space left is for fans and walking/working space

With all 4 lights going you will need more ac I would suggest 12k btu even though you are venting the heat out you will still need about 3k btu per light now that also allows you to step up to 1000w keeping it all vented. You will need a few fans around the room. The different stages you are talking about will have to be in tents or a different room. You cant have plants in veg on a 18/6 and have plants in flower 12/12 the flowering plants will herm on you.

I run 24 plants perpetual so every month I am harvesting 24 plants. You will have to have separate veg and flower rooms. They way I do mine is 2 weeks before the plants go into flower I will cut clones. 10 days plant rooted clones into cups. Leave under t5 light. Move veg plants to flower. Transplant clones to 3gal smart pots and under veg lighting. Top fim monster crop whatever you want. In 2 weeks you are cutting clones and doing the process over. That is if you have 60 day flowering plants if you have 70 90 day plants you have to adjust from there.

Sorry I forgot to mention I have a whole separate room in begging in. So everything in the 8x8 is flowering. 12/12

Damn I guess after a month of using this 5k I'll take it back and upgrade it to the 12k one: I wanna keep it 600s I feel they are most efficient.
And I have the same cycle of clone and veg you have going right now, I'll post pics of my mothers and clones tonight

Damn I guess a month of use with the 5k I'll return it and pay the difference for something bigger!!

I'm going to do a couple 5gal yeast and sugar buckets. I say they help a bit.

Hey Dabberking, I used to have a 2mx2m which is about 6.5feet x 6.5 I believe. I ran 3 600s in cooltubes. 1m was for movement space, I then switched to a 2.4m x 1.2m so I could put all 3 cooltubes in a straight line and avoid bends and increase airflow to lower temps. I never used AC but I live in a colder country I imagine! What I have always done is run 3 lots of flowering stages, each has 3-4 weeks veg, so I harvest every 3-4 weeks. I have never been exact so sometimes it might take a week longer. I veg 4,5 or 6 plants for then put them into flower. I never maximised my yield or space because I don't like to have massive plant numbers. If I were in the USA I would not have that worry!!
Anyway, 2 things to think about.
1, cool tubes are not the best footprint, they tend to not cover a 4x4 that great, however 4 with overlap will probably work better in your space than mine in a straight line.
2, you wont be able to fill a scrog net in two weeks of veg with 2 plants. You may want to think about more plants without a scrog or shit loads in a sog. if you scrog plants in a veg area how will you transport them to a flower area while in a net?
That is if I have understood your intentions for harvesting every 2 weeks.
Also don't count on a strain finishing in 8 weeks from 12/12

Anyway, good luck with what you decide.
Edit I grow from clone obviously

Your right about the net not being filled out as much, I'll just stress train them and top them young, I also love taking clones 3 nodes below a precious cutting, they root fine, and already topped.

I'll just test it and see as I go. Like I pretty much always do.

Yep, you will find best the way that works for you, its all trail and error.
Good luck with it.
