Neoprene collars and aero cloner???

i have a couple of questions about neoprene collars and aero cloners.
would i take my cutting from the neoprene and place it into my cley plets or soil??? and if im in hydro could i just place the neoprene in the net pot and not have to worry about adding cley plets. and still be able to reuse the neoprene???? any help would be great...kiss-ass

yea use the neoprene all the way through is this possable???never felt a neoprene and not sure on there give. and wasn't sure of transplanting once out of the cloner.

I don't know how well that would work, the neoprene plug is really only designed to hold the cutting stationary over the cloning solution.

cool good to know...so if i were to place the plug in a net pot i could just remove the neoprene, and add the hydroton pelts with little suck to the clone and same for soil(with out the net pots that is)??

yeah that would be fine... you could even cut a rockwool cube in half, and and press it around the clone, and then insert it into a net pot with hydroton...
