no one knows? Its not in the general faq for repping, it just talks about repping up from what I have seen....

I thougt I heard you have to be a mod or elite to give negative rep

If they leave a message and if you watch your count, you will know what ones are negative.

I do believe anyone can give negative rep, you just have to choose that when doing it. Aprove or disaprove.

I personally think the 'neg rep' is rididculous, I was given -4 rep points a while back for saying that I had had good results with water curing!! Who the hell knows that other than me? Opinions and personal experiences should not be allowed to be neg rep'd, bad advice on the other hand..........Sort this out admins!
