Wind burn typically comes from the leaves being bombarded with too strong air.

Do you have one intake vent open at the bottom of the tent? That's all you need to help exchange the air using the exhaust fan pulling air from the top vent.

Well ... with a smaller tent like that, a few small clip-on fans kitty corner inside the tent would be beneficial to help circulate the air. Without any good air circulation, you run the risk of mold. Can you set-up small fans inside your tent for gentle air movement?

Yeah I'm skeptical whether or not it's true wind burn, I've had some serious air blowing on my leaves before and never got it...what is your RH like? Like Stare Case said, try to leave a passive intake open that won't directly pass the air onto your plant..passive intakes tend to be very low to the floor anyways, not sure how that incoming air could really have much direct contact with leaves.
