Neem Spray during pre flowers and flowering ?

Is it ok or even a good idea to do this ? Dont see a problem as of right now since im just shown her sex with pre flowering . Just want to keep it under control tho since i have been doing it in the past . Thx for the Help

yes u can. I even did it up to last four week ( dident won't to but..)cuz I dident prevent it early. just rinse well with plain water and watch out for mold. I know it seem contradicting, rinsing bud with geting mold, but lots of air flow or better get a dehumidifier(spelling??)
