Does using Neem oil leave behind like some kind of white residue when it dries?

Yes it will leave a white residue after it dries but it wont bother your plant. Good stuff I use it all the time

uping this post, i sprayed with neem yesterday and got what looks like pm today, iam guessing its just residue? its does look like pm, anyone chime in?

I get water spots on my leaves after spraying sometimes. I thought it was PM the first time as well. I think maybe its from the soap or minerals in my water. Not sure.

I've never seen white residue. Just nice shiny leafs ?

It kinda looks like the spots you get on your car if you wash it but don't dry it. I remember sending a picture to my buddy thinking I had PM (I was WTF PM in mother f-ing may?) and he said "nah, water spots".,,

Maybe it's the silica additive I mix with my neem. Dyna-gro protekt. It makes a nice wetting agent.
