Dollar Store bug spray with peppermint oil and rosemary oil?

I found this stuff at a Dollar Store in Anaheim. The brand is Homebright Plant-Based Pest Spray and the active ingredients are rosemary oil and peppermint oil. I think these would be considered safe to apply to cannabis plants in California.

I think this might be good for mites and I have even seen one or both of these oils recommended for powdery mildew.

I would caution that you should test the spray on one of your lower fan leaves to make sure it doesn’t burn. Also be careful using it on outdoor plants that get full sun. I have seen damage from using neem oil indoors, so be careful with these oils as well… obviously.

I decided to test the spray on a male Platinum OG plant that I have out on my patio. It’s been out there for about a month to keep it from pollinating my females. I just lightly sprayed the four bottom fan leaves to see if they show signs of damage over the next few days. The plant gets a couple hours of direct sunlight every morning. IMG_2991.jpeg
