Neem Oil and Piss... are they effective?

On a very low budget, but I want to protect my outdoor plants... is spraying them with neem oil and pissing a circle around them enough to keep insects and deer etc. away?

If so... how often should I spray them and piss around them.

I am located in the SE USA if that matters.

(actually thinking of pissing in a big bottle for a few days and just using that to cover a large area around the plants)

I've found that piss does absolutely nothing to discourage deer. We border woods and deer eat any and everything planted in our back yard. I've tried just about everything including VERY expensive products marketed specifically for this problem and nothing seems to work. If deer want it, they're gonna get it. About the only thing you can do is build a cage outta wire mesh around it and even then, deer will get any branches that poke through. I used to work in a garden center and a lot of the customers swear by a product called Milorganite. Never worked for me, but you might wanna try that. If you find something that works, lemme know. You tried wolf piss ever? Someone over at grasscity told me it worked very well.

I really dont wanna use wire cause thatll totally kill my camo. Plus if someone sees the plants and doesnt know what weed looks like they wont suspect anything. If they see wire around it they will.
