Neem burns, need some advice.

Hi, so this is my first indoor growing experience. I found damage from thrips on my leaves, and saw a few flying around in the tent. I made a mixture of 8ml of Neem Oil to 1000ml of water, with a drop of dish soap. Also sprayed some insecticidal soap lightly just before I applied the Neem. It was applied at 2 minutes to lights out, so was not under the lights very long. Everything was okay, but I continued to see the thrips and noticed a few more damaged leaves the next day. I made a new mixture of 10ml of Neem and 1000ml of water and sprayed again with only 1 full day in between. Again 2 minutes before lights out. Within the next 2 days, I noticed a yellow discoloration on my leaves and burnt tips on all new growth. All bottom leaves look incredibly stressed and droopy.

It has now been 5 days since I sprayed, and it seems to be getting worse. Doing some reading I'm assuming I over did it, and clogged the stoma's, but just want to get advice on a couple questions. The last two nights at lights out I've been spraying the leaves with distilled PH corrected water.

First, will my plants recover from this? Is there anything more I can do? The strain is gorilla glue.

Second, is it possible it was something else I did? I'm using Future Harvest Easy Bloom at 3/4 recommended strength during every other watering but noticed no issues with that so far. It was nearing the end of week 2 of flower that I sprayed the Neem.
