Needing help identifying a bug

Hey everyone. I found the bug below in significant numbers on about a dozen plants and was hoping someone could identify it. The plants are week 7 in flower and appear fine but these little guys just showed up
Any help is appreciated!

Vexing rove beetle

They are fungus gnat and thrip predators

Thank you @firsttimeARE I had considered rove beetles as a possibility, but i thought rove beetles stayed in the soil. I've not seen them on on the flowers before

Maybe u got food for them there? Have you checked for signs of bugs?

I have plenty of fungus gnats but that's nothing new. We are battling them constantly
