Need to switch to nightime

I'm currently vegging 18/6
Light on 7 am off 1 am
Its too hot i want to switch it to nighttime
Do i just leave it on 24 until new schedule?
How do i switch easiest
Am still vegging not asking about switching to flower
Just want light off during daytime heat and on at night
