I already have a remote'd 150w hps.
i have a 100$ budget, what do i need to get growing within said economic parameters?

any opinions on whether i should go SOG, SCROG, or whatever?
I need some suggestions on how to ideally set up fans, i know that you plug them into phone adapters but I need to know how to lengthen the cord coming from the fans to the adapter.
(not sure what to do here)
