Okay first off I wanna apologize for all the photos there kind of blurry but a few of them are vivid. I know I only needed to add like 3. This is a feminized Frisian Dew strain from Dutch Passion that I bought off Attitude Seeds. This is my 1st grow and my 2nd seed planted. First one failed. Anyways I'm just curious, its the 4th day and its not even a inch above the ground and still has the seed shell on it. No leaves have developed. Had the soil moist before I planted about 1/4 an inch root tip facing down, germinated using a wet napkin. Soil is miracle grow moisture control but only using this soil until she is about 3 inches tall then ill transplant.
Need someone to check these pictures out and tell me if there is anything wrong.

Your soil sucks, you are over watering and you have no holes in those cups for drainage. Other than that you are fine.

When you transplant use some perlite in the mix.
I have holes in the bottom, I only watered today for the first time and when I planted the seed the soil was just moist. So 1st day moist soil, 2nd day no water 3rd day no water 4th day watered because the soil got kind of crusty
