Need some insight on these leaves not sure if its normal

well i read almost the entire plant moisture stress thread and i sure wish there were pictures lol but i just had a quick question

the leaves at the top of this plant im not worried about the curling downwards of the leaves.. my question is about the edges of the leaves and the texture of the entire leaf.... is it normal for the edges of the leaves to kinda point upward and have a bubbly textured look to the entire leaf? the other plant in the same pot is not currently doing this

I had a few small plants that looked like this a couple days ago. I flushed with plain water, then the next day fed them some liquid iron and Epsom salts, basically a combined majority of the necessary micro nutrients. Checked on them today and they both have flattened out and look great. What's your lighting set up like?

250w hps the plants were just put in the fox farm soil and i know that has plenty of nutrients for them to thrive for a few weeks or more
