I got an Idea for a DIY hash oil smoking bong, though I'd need a valve that allows air in while not allowing water to leak out. I'm including a pic so you may get a clearer Idea of what I'm looking for..

too much surface area and water to be an efficient oil smoking device, when dabbing you see those little micro toro's going for 500$ and they barely hold a tablespoon of water

The Idea is to heat the container put the oil and then the glass blowl on top, why would it be any different? and also what would make a better way?
