Need some help

Hi everyone, as some of you know my cousins 21/2 year old little girls was diagnosed with a cancerous tumour the size of a mandarin orange. The doctors at health science Center said it is inoperable and chemo and radiation did not work. They are now giving her some experimental drug. I’m just wondering if anyone out there has experience with this. If there is any literature out there that I can share with them. Neither of the parents use cannabis recreationally or medically. I have brought it up but they think I am biased and they are scared to death. So if anyone has any info or knows of anyone who has beat brain cancer with cannabis could they please chim in. Thanks everyone in advance and please send healing thought to the health science Center cause she is a courageous little girl.

Try finding articles and research on cannabis and cancer apoptosis. Hopefully there's enough info persuade them into at least considering cannabis as an addition to treatment. It never hurts to have many tools in the tool belt

What about DCA?
It was used in an experiment at U of A on rats with brain tumors, and proved to be effective and fast acting.

First let me say I'm sorry. This is horrific circumstances. And a child... ughh! Sending all the healing vibes and thought I can.
If you know the specific type, Glioma blastoma, melanoma, carcinoma etc, you'll have a better chance at finding specific info.

There is research out there. Also check info from Israel. They have been using med cannabis in hospitals for yrs, and do a lot of research.
A simple net search using terms "brain cancer research cannabis" will yield a lot of sites, I'd avoid the ones that look related to or pro-cannabis, and stick to the medical studies. med journals, scientific sites, and hospitals (mayo clinic. johns hopkins for example) for a more unbiased info. Too many claims of this or that oil or concoction is a miracle cancer cure.. Not saying it hasnt worked for some, but so has faith, carrot juice,prayer and positive thoughts..
This is a a pro cannabis site, so take it for what its worth, but there are links and info to the more Medical side. Studies, and testimonials of survivors.

I lost my mom to menegial melanoma (cancer in the fluid surrounding the brain). I tried to push for some type of med-canna, but she too was against it. It was so aggressive, from the time they were able to even see it, was less than two months to her passing.

All my best, good luck on your research and with your cousins change of heart on the matter.
Give your lil cousin a big hug and tell her you love her. Do something, anything,, to make her smile or laugh.
Put hope into her mind. Dont give up!

Hey GrowRock. .....Geez that is terrible and a tough one. For what it's worth, I'll meditate on healing thoughts for your cousin's litlle one.

According to Dr. William Courtney, he has seen cannabis miraculously reduce a tumor in a patient 8 months old. I can't back up the accuracy of the article but thought it may be a starting point for your research:

The child's father pushed for non-traditional treatment utilizing cannabis. "They were putting cannabinoid oil on the baby's pacifier twice a day, increasing the dose... And within two months there was a dramatic reduction, enough that the pediatric oncologist allowed them to go ahead with not pursuing traditional therapy."The tumor was remarkably reduced after eight months of treatment. Dr. Courtney pointed out that the success of the cannabis approach means that "this child, because of that, is not going to have the long-term side effects that would come from a very high dose of chemotherapy or radiation... currently the child's being called a miracle baby, and I would have to agree that this is the perfect response that we should be insisting is front line therapy for all children before they launch off on all medications that have horrific long term side effects."

Its a story about 8 individuals (two kids) with stage 4 cancer who did everything there was to do for them who wee told to go home AND DIE

I think it is highly commendable that you are taking this on. I tried a few times but effectively I was shut down cold. I had one friend who listened, but he took watered down LP oil and smoked the good stuff I sent his way. He is dead now, overcome by the cancer.
The real point I want to drill down on here is that just in case they are willing to try, YOU BETTER HAVE A GAME PLAN READY.

I personally feel that since it is an infant the most effective and safe way is to juice raw cannabis, no high, lots of GOOD medicine.

It's amazing how well anti-cannabis propaganda worked on some. Parents who are desperate to help their child are scared to try a natural medicine because of government fear-mongering, but are comfortable with the pharmaceutical drugs that doctors use.
I would not want to have to go through what those folks are, and I understand their reluctance, but I think I would try anything - particularly something that will cause no harm even if it doesn't help.
Just found out this morning that my aunt was diagnosed with brain cancer - it's a little easier to accept with a 70+ year old.
