Need some help!!

This is my first real grow and I planted a Barneys cookie kush. She was doing great! Sprouted fast whole 9 yards. But all the sudden Her leaves started to bend. Not at the tips but the whole leaf.. Any advice?

Water once a week and spray the soil every other day just to keep it moist. That to much??

You dont want it to stay constantly moist. Water the plan and let it dry completely and repeat.

shee looks fine, it happens some times. your new growth is coming fine dont worry too much about it.
