need some help

Hello folks...need a little imput here...in Dec 2006 we bought our mobile home...in March 2007 the owner died and the park has been sold ( 4 times know that I know of )...we have been under duress since as they can give us 1 years notice and get out...trailer in tow or not...its a lot of stress for a person who is unemployable...a solution came these past few weeks, and I purchased another mobile home in a park 10 Km's from here...question...I'll have to change my address, but will still reside at my yard's address...do I lose my license to grow/possess, even if my yard is still intact, but my address is different????

I'm a little confused....is your garden changing address?

no...my garden addy stays the same, my "legal" addy will change, but I will be living at my garden's site...but my drivers license etc will need to reflect the addy change...thanks for the response!!!!

if it's not moving, leave it alone

The way I understand it...the garden can't move...having said that, I would also think that a lot of people grow where they live and therefore do not have a separate growing address...really...if that's how you UNDERSTAND it, who's to say it's wrong?

You won't be informing MV that you have a garden at a different address.

no room at the new site for my garden...thanks folks...I'll just keep on keepin' on...)

Seems like you'd be okay on that....inform no one of the move change.

My two cents...technically nothing has changed...you just bought a vacation home. Everything on your ppl is still the same so you're good to go.

that's how i view it. you are moving...not the production site
