need some help

im starting my second grow and ill be using four 42watt cfl's. what would be the best/easiest way to hook these bad boys up? also ill be growing 4-5 plants will this be enough light?

alright well since noone has helped me out i went and looked around the forum and i came across a bunch of info but for the most part the info i got contradicted itself. in one post i hear you need to use 5000-6500 for veg then 2000-3500 for flower. other post say i can use 2700 for both veg/flower if i balance it out with some blue... which way is right/better?
