I have a tent approximately the same size, with the same watt bulb. I use a 6 inch Max-Fan with two speeds, the low setting is about 350cfm and the high around 600cfm and I leave it on low at this stage. I also have a 600mm carbon filter attached to it which is larger than needed. I bought a second inline fan to help with the air IN, but I don't use it as the Max-Fan passively draws in enough air. From my limited experience I'd have no problem recommending a 150mm/6inch Max-Fan

Edit: I think I got the speeds wrong, the guy below basically posts the exact fan I'm talking about an way. :)

I'm in the same boat. Actually buying mine this weekend. After research and questions I decided to go with a max fan pro 8in and necking it down to 6 to attach to my hood. I'm sure I can get away with a 6 being that the room is only 320 square ft. But decided 8in so I don't need to buy another any time soon. I like the idea of having more power to grow into if needed

Everything was pointing me towards that. And not bad price on amazon for the phresh and fan combo.
I'm gonna be on a passive intake from the outside. Possibly passive from the room next door if the Temps drop to low during winter.

An 8' x 4' tent with dual 600w will be hot so you'll need a fan to pull off that heat & exchange the air fairly quickly. To calculate what you will need figure out the cubic feet of air in your tent but you never gave a height dimension so I'll assume it's 6' high:
8 x 4 x 6 = 192 cu ft
You want to exchange the air at least as often as every minute so you need a fan rated higher than say 200 cfm (cubic ft per min). This is about the lowest cfm you should run. I suggest going with a larger unit & then adding a speed controller so you can adjust it as needed to control heat and/or odors. I use a 440 cfm w/speed control in my 10 x 8 x 7 bloom room & it works great. I turn it all the way up in summer & down to about 1/2 speed during colder winter months.

My research led me to the same fan, mate, and I've been happy since, that fan is up to the job.

Apart from passive intake through the vents, around the bottom of the tent, I have an 6inch IN duct that I can either use to bring air from outside, or just outside the tent/inside the room depending on the temperature outside. I have an in-line fan attached to that duct to help bring air in but I don't use it. I also have a second 6inch IN duct that passively draws the air through another smaller tent I've used for seedlings and clones, essentially that fan is exchanging air for two tents
