Need some advice

Okay, I live in Australia, just coming into Spring now. Temperatures from now to Winter next year can range from 25-35 celsius and I'm growing pretty much completely organically in the bush, going to put up a makeshift fence soon to keep away wildlife etc. I don't know what kind of seeds I have, except I know the weed that came from the seeds was grown outside in a similar fashion and produced some good smoke. The plants would get a lot of almost full sun every day. Unfortunately I don't know anyone who grows/has grown before and need a few questions answered. I've read the FAQ's and growers guide but they seem to be better suited to inside growing with lights.

How long after germination should a plant start flowering?
Can a plant be regenerated? (for example harvest 2/3 of the plant and leave the rest to grow back again)

a plant wil grow after germination pretty much until it recieves 12 hours of light and uninterupted darkness each day, once this happens your plant will flower (this occurs when the plant senses the natural life cycle comming to an end)[Winter] ... i dont think its possible to rejuvinate a plant like that... unless u got some serious hormone chems and a screwd up weather parttern for the next few years lol

If you're doing it outside, then you have no control over the flowering until the days start getting shorter, which just started here in the US not to long ago. You have awhile before they start to flower unless you cover them with something. Easier just to let mother nature do it's thing.

Once the plant has buds, there's no going back. Just make a clone if the plant is a female and use her to grow more.

can you clone a plant when it is in the flowering stage? someone told me its smart because it directs the plants energy into the buds.. but i thought it might shock it and result in loss of yeild.. any opinion?

It all depends on when you try to clone in the flowering stage. If you clone early, you'll be fine. If you wait until buds (depending on where you cut) could be costly. No need to risk something bad happening this late in the game.
