I have a few plants that are getting to be about a month old and they're about 5 to 6 inches tall that haven't yet begun to form other nodes or their primary 5 leaves. The problem is that the plants are getting too tall and will end up falling over and dying. Should I start adding fertilizer or what should I do???? And how can I assist my plant in node production?

Sorry but I can't really provide pictures at this time.

Shit yea it's prollay the air circultaiotn. I much appreciate the quick response!

Another question, can I change the type of light I'm using during the vegetative stage?

28 days old they should be fine to give fertilizer or nuets but at 1/4 strengh if leaves start to brown off then you have over done it good luck pics would help  lights from what to what

Nah, but what kind of lights would be best at this stage? Something hopefully not ridiculously expensive.

Go to walmart and get a 2 pack of 23 watt CFLs for like $6. But make sure the color temp on them is 6500K, if it's below that then your plants wont grow and wont develop new leaves

one more question lol do i leave the fan on when the lights are off as well?

I'm sure you can find people who will tell you otherwise, but I don't think you need to. An 18 hour long breeze should be enough for any plant. That and the main reason I have my fans going is to keep the temp down around the plants. When everythings off you're not generating any heat, so it's not as important.

when flowering you should definatly leave a oscilating fan on 24/7,,when vegging you can get away with shorter periods,,i personally leave mine on 24/7,,,,,peace
