need opinion for a lame room

i am new i got the hint to use cfl's 50 watts each plant so this is what i got setup its quiet lame but im pretty sure it will work.

do you think it'll work?

they are both 25 watt cool white cfl's

you'd need about 4-5 total cfl's for a decent grow and a fan and get rid of the silver helmet thing. too much heat/light concentration right under it. too focused of a beam for side use.
but for about 1 week, yeah! you're set!

here's a lame room for you. three 4 foot fixtures with 2 40w cool whites in each light! in an unheated room. the dehumidifers exhaust (75 degrees!) heats the room while drying it out at the same time. milk jugs for planters (washed and bleached out) Total cost (I already had the lights as fixtures for my basement) $50.00 US! That's gorilla for you...oh, and I'm into my 10th day of flowering 16 plants.
