I just skimmed through it and read the majority but not every single little thing. It seems like a pretty good deal to me. Its not the BEST system as it says but it is not a bad one. Your pretty much paying for what your getting plus a few extras. They dont specify the brand of the ballast and reflector i do not believe so its probly some generic brand. You can go buy generic brands for around that price it pretty much just seems they are thrwoing in some extras to get you to buy theirs. I would say its not a bad deal at all. They are throwing in alot of extras. I would say stay away from something like that and go with brnad name things you know have warrentys but i saw it said they give you a 3 years warrenty. I would call them if they have a number and just make sure the ballest has a 3 year warrenty and you should be good to go. Light bulbs are like 40 bucks and a reflector wont break lol. Just make sure that ballast has the warrenty casue if not and it goes out your spending another 200 on that alone lol becasue thats the most expensive part. They are giving you some good soil and some good nutrients however its not all the nutrients you need. Overdrive is only used the last 2 weeks of flower. They gave you some additives for your plants but not the actual nutrients you need for your plants to feed them through the veg and flower stage. So expect to go out and spend another 100 on nutrients. I would suggest buying Advanced nutrients Sensi Gorw A&B and Advanced nutrients Sensi Bloom A&B that will get you through the whole plants life cycle then you have those additives to help out even more. But seems like a pretty good deal just make sure they are legit and you get that warrenty. You can find other good complete sets online just google hydroponic light setups or something and shop around. There are tons of websites with specials. That one seems pretty cheap tho but remember its all generic its not a proven good brand name like sunsytem or lumatek. But for the price not a bad deal. GOODLUCK

Compared to a lot of kits I have seen, this one looks like a pretty good way for a noobie to learn if they really want to grow. That is a nice light setup that would last you a long time. You can always buy more pots, soil and nutes as you need them.Better to start small andbuild your system to suit your needs than to get a bunch of crap you dont need just because it came with the kit. The timer and other extras are nice too. If shipping isnt too much, I dont see you going wrong with this kit.

I have never dealt with htg supply, so I cant tell you much except I dont remember seeing any bad reports on them.

Good luck to you.

AS the person above me stated make sure the shipping isnt to much. Alot of these places will put out a great deal like that but then but rape you on the shipping trying to charge you like 200 bucks lol. How much is the shipping? Make sure its not to high and then i would also suggest to go with it, its a pretty good deal and is a good 1st setup to begin with. Dont go spend 1000 dollars on a setup and realize you dont want to do it halfway through your first grow and have wasted all that money,

I just recently purchased 2 600watt full kits from them. They took a LONG time to ship but they threw in 2 conversion MH bulbs because of that. I was VERY happy with their service and willingess to appease me. I would reccommend them 10 fold. They work great and are very quiet the ballasts that is lol

I don't know about buying a complete set. I think that when you're first starting out, you might want to start off a bit more slowly with things.

Buy things as you need them. If you need them, buy something good, but realize that you want to only spend a lot of money when you are committing to a long growing career.

Personally, I like to buy from different makers and companies since no one company sells the best of every single growing supply. I mean, I like to get pots from one place, nutes from another, you get the idea.

I think these little kits are sometimes just filled with cheap crap that's going to break on you. Instead of taking that chance, just buy things as you can afford them and as you need them. As you get better at growing, so should your equipment.

Oh, and I found a lot of good growing advice here: http://www.hydroponicmedicalgrower.com

They sent me a lighter and a window sticker.

I put the window sticker in the front window so if there is a fire the Fire dept will know what to save.
