Need mother help! where should she go?

Hey I am starting my clones on 2 100 watt HPS lights, I have a 400 watt MH for flowering. I am going to force flower the clones once they are in soil and a few weeks old, by moving them to the MH light room. By doing this I believe I won;t be able to cut clones from the new plants. where should i keep a mother? in the veg room?

u have it backwards lol u want the MH for the vegging and the HPS for flowering
