need major help on my perpetual gameplan...please help

sup guys

im having alot of trouble figuring out what im gonna do and am really looking for some experienced people to lend a hand here.


my flower rooms up.....its 36x27 inches and 4 feet high
with a 600w hps cooltube
the space i have to work with....flower room keeps going into the left side of pic

space inside flower room (5 gal pots) right now using it to veg



right now im building a veg cab on wheels lol....no other choice because my space is so tight
veg cab is 29x18 inches and 30 inches tall.
and thats gonna have around 250 watts of cfl.

again 5 gal pots-real tight i know and yes its on a dolly
obviously only gonna be able to have 2 at a time in there


my initial plan was to have 2 plants in each room and have each plant a month apart...so every plant would have a minimum 2 month veg.....so i can start 1 new plant a month and harvest 1 a month

now im worried that my veg room isnt gonna be able to handle a 2 month veg (using a lot of lst obviously)


so im asking you for your opinions please

should i stick with my initial plan of 2 month veg and only 2 bigger plants in the flower room?
should i veg 2 plants at a time for 1 month and have 4 smaller plants in the flower room at a time?
or should i go into the abyss and keep a mother and sog?
im open to anything i just need outside opinions.......please and thank you

With that low a space it would have to be SOG, but even so I think 600w will be too much for 6.75 sq ft. Even 50w per sq ft is a lot in a cab that small. Maybe two 150w would be good. You really need more height though, a good 6 feet at least. How you would arrange the veg/flower cycling for best results I can't really say. Try various ones and see which turns out to be the most practical I guess. Could just keep buying auto seeds and have like 3 plants in there at various stages. The good part is no separate veg space is needed. The bad part may be more power cost for longer hours of light, though actually I've read that there is very little extra gain for most types of plants after 14 hours so you could just run a 14/10 light cycle.

Yes I had exactly the same situation. I started with dual sided veg cabinets that actually came with the house I bought - a previous stoner owner hooked it up nicely with PC fans & flourescents. It's short though so I had to veg and bloom in same tent for years until I built in a dedicated bloom room which solved all my perpetual problems. The key I think is having 3 separate grow areas each progressively larger than the other. You probably have already reached this conclusion so my advice is if you cannot at this time be perpetual there's no reason you can't plan to be in the future. I mean yeah you are probly gonna run outta weed in between cycles- that is par for the course until you have 3 areas: you need a nursery for small mothers, clones, and/or seedlings, an intermediate veg area that doubles as an extra bloom area (sometimes I flip it to 12/12 to induce flowering earlier if needed), and a dedicated bloom room set on 12/12 all the time. This is the only way I could figure out how to achieve my goal of never running out of bud ever & it took a couple years to get established. Take your time; you'll get there

Look am no pro in any way, am in my first ever grow.

I never seen a real grow except my grow which am 3 weeks in, I dont have friend who grow and I have no help from no body.

So basically am learning my self which is hard as I lose alot during the process but I learn alot more as well

My grow now is 1 auto and 4 photos

I lost around 5 other seeds

One seed got Seed rot (too much humidity) another one was digged barely to the surace so it grow with a shell stuck to it and others didnt germinate etc etc etc

But I tey to read as much as I can!

Basically I will do exactly like you after I finnish this grow

I have a very small room already in home like small storgae room( 2 meter by 80cm by 220cm for veggin and preparing and researving my stuff

Ill try to have one plant each 5 weeks in it

So 5 weeks in the veg room then it stay for 10 weeks flower
Like that youll have yours every 5 weeks

I run at the moment

230cm tall cabinet with northstar relflector (something like aircooled hoods)
118 cm wide and 78cm deep
I run 250w MH temps is around 25 to 27c on my lowest fan speed

When I have 400w MH Temps stay 26/27,5 on the second level of fan speed

Later on Ill hock the 600w HPS but I hope that temps will stay in check

How is ur temps by the way in such space??

I think flowering one big or two big plants in this cabinet will be my max

3 if they are on the highest scale of medium good!

Thats for me for you I think hight will restrict you alot and that you meed to do.alooooot of LST

In your veg space I would say go wih one and veg for 6 weeks and then flower for 10 the other 4 weeks you can use 2 weeks to dry in ur veg space and two other weeks haven ur seeds on CFL before swithchen to MH for 6 weeks!

That what I would be thinking in doing and am not a bro in any way.

Please check my log all the help is needed as well.

Thanks for the reply....yea the 600 is dimmable but last time I grew(like 4 years ago) i had it set to 50 percent and I was real disappointed in the yield....was in a even smaller area lol....and thanks for the suggestion but I'd rather veg for 2-3 weeks then do auto flowers.....I hear terrible things and the seeds cost a lot

Yea....I haven't done this in so long I promised myself that when I go back my setups gonna be perpetual so I'll never run out.....then wifey comes along and shoots down my plans to use the gigantic closet so now I'm back to limited space nonsense....yea the lst is gonnA be pretty intense but I'm not worried about the height....back in the day when I grew my plants still finished so short Cuz I lst the hell out of em....and for the temps.....I haven't took em yet but I'm betting its in the low 80"s....when the flower room actually goes to 12 12 I'm gonna have the lights on overnight so I can keep the closet door open.
