Need LED lighting help

First let me say I am a lighting idiot. I have been using LED for years and only grow for my own use so my setup works great for me. I have been using a Lighthouse Hydro Blackstar 240uv since 2013. I also have 2 other LED units in the tent also so I am committed to LED. Half of the light board went out and I found the LED in the center of the board blew up. I guess that it was like a Christmas tree, 1 light goes they all go on that string, lol. It has 2 / 580 MA starters that each start half the board. I swapped them across both banks to ensure it wasn't the starter. Now my question,
The aluminum board is 11" x 5" and would make good build. I just want to put new LED's on the board and have the current staters stay in place. Is it possible from the information given to direct me to some quality LED's I can build on my existing board? If not, what additional information do you need. It is 110v. Please stay simple if possible, thank you guys are great.

The old King fixture I modded uses 80watt 580mA drivers. It would lose 1/4 of the board and after 2 failures I retro-fitted some Vesta strips. 1/2 of the drivers for the 5000k section and the other two for the 2700k strings. Used 10 of the 1 footers

Ok. So like GBAUTO posted above, you do have something to work with here. Those Vestas he mentioned would do it. Another option, Bridgelux EB gen2 280mm are about 3 bucks each, should be able to get 6 per driver with that heatsink.

It's going to come down to the remaining lifespan of the drivers, if that is really worth gambling on.

Edit: looking at the 11"x5", you're going to be pretty limited.

Ok so, tell me if this is correct. It has 2 580MA drivers at 80 to 130v. It also has 80 / 3w led's or 240w. Each one drives half that or 120w. If I get 240w of quality LED's will that work. Both wired in series.

Its unlikely that those 3w diodes are been run at 3w.
If they strings were pulling 80v @ 580mA each would be 46w, or 130v @ 580mA would be 75.4w each. It will be somewhere in between the two.

You can certainly make use of the drivers but like chip said the 11x5" is going to be a struggle. Might be worth just building from scratch. Or using those drivers as some sort of supplementary power supply.

LEDtech.de has a massive array of samsung301b/h diodes on pcbs , you might be able to find something to suit your 11x5" and fill out your drivers to make something nice.
