Need info on Crystal meth from fast buds

hey

auto grower for years ......i just started one of this strain and has done something odd to me the main cola is short ( i mean in a way i never seen after 4 years least 100 different strains)

if anyone out there has grown some of this if u got any pics of it i like to see

yes i know red vein but it is only 2 top lvls and the under side are still normal ......as u see it has N tox a little so i know that was pushed.......... it is getting hit hard with some chemical P and with some natural forms of PK

i just like to see others to compare ......is this normal for the strain
the soil was just dr earth potting soil nothing tweaked but some elemental from roots added in (calcium mostly )

I have 3, none are but one dwarfed on me. She is about 20" or so..

The other 2 are nearly 54" tall. Both kinda lanky..

This one was a little slower developing but is catching up with her sister...

I have one of these going now and had trouble with CA def, never really recovered. will not repeat this strain.

That is more your fault as the grower and not the strain.

well I have 8 different strains going and this is the only one with an issue, I never blamed the strain I just said I wouldnt do these again. fuck off.

Now to be fair it read that it was the plants fault. Different plants have different needs.

I had this one that had a N problem. It didn't recover. I never grew that strain again. See how silly that sounds.

If it had a nutrient problem and it never recovered that is your fault not the strains.
I'm sure @justugh doesn't mind me in his thread.

I'm not a troll. Anyone that knows me here knows that. I try to help people anytime I can.

Just pointing out a fact. If a plant suffered from a deficiency or abundance of a nutrient, it is grower error and not the plant.

It may have more to do with the ruderalis in it. I've had a couple autos that kind of had small bud development. Never grew large cola, just grew smaller buds. I have also had a couple that looked like they wouldn't amount to much then took off.

Just more of the ruderalis genes showing.

That one may take off. It has a larger structure than the ones that stayed small on me.

Did you figure out why it was a ca hog? Was it just because different strain needs? Possible lockout in the one pot? How did the ant turn out? Did it stay stunted?

Thats the gamble with autos. If there is a mistake it screws them up. No time to recover.

I'm on the side that autos can be good. Fire in fact. Problem is you never know when the ruderalis genes will take completely over.

yea as far as I can tell it was a lockout maybe based on pH. I religiously ph waterings to 6.5 but runoff PH was low which is baffling but raising PH didn't help it recover either.

Looking at the description of the seeds it says the strain is very PH sensitive so I am just going with that. I may get 1/2oz dried off it if I am lucky.

Clearly the strain had demands that for what ever reason didnt fit in with my grow room, but no big deal its just a plant.

Ah. OK. I'm not a fan of pH my water. I use rain water. I build my soil to buffer pH. Also runoff pH will have you chasing your tail. Runoff pH means nothing. There are many things that effect run off pH and its not a true representation of the soil pH.

I can understand not running a strain that is pH sensitive.

Yes, testing runoff PH seemed really unreliable to me after trying to get readings from it, you are lucky being able to to use rainwater I am 8.7 out of the tap

Also I am a novice, this is my second grow so I have a lot to learn.

I had to go to rain water. We are close to the treatment plant. The chlorine and other stuff is so strong it burns your skin when taking a shower. The smell of chemicals is strong in the water.

We went got two 275 gallon ibc food grade totes. Hooked up a gutter and got 550 gallons of rain water for our veggie garden.

I'm fixing to drill a well and come off city water.

fuck a buddy called that plant ......he brought the whole plant off me for 500 wants me to grow it out he will do the trim work (think he is making candy out of it)

i hope it pops out for him he gets atleast 4 oz

I've had a couple autos pop buds about the size of your thumb and look finished. Calyex swell, cloudy and amber trics. I would think well hell that didn't do much. Then they explode and grow another foot and get some decent buds.
