Hey guys. Just as stated, I am a legal cardholder and I possess my own plants.

I am curious what I need to do to become a caregiver for my wife? She has a doc. Appointment to get her card next week
I also finally convinced my brother to get legal but he wants me to griw his.. what exactly do I need to do to stay 100% legak and have tue 36 plants??

Just a link to the bill that ecplains it all is fine, I just read a couple and love to know all the rules so reading is no issue.

Thanks for any help!

Most of it is clear. My only question is, when they send in their registration they will list me as their caregiver but Do I need to fill anything out for
myself though? Sorry for typos, on my cell

Thanks Demon thats what I was looking for.. I should wait until they get their hard cards before sending off the assertion forms, correct?

No. Fill out the caregiver attestation forms and have them designate you as their cg on their paperwork now. If they've already sent forms in I would go ahead and and do all the necessary change forms now and submit those as well. All the docs are on Lara's website provided by cash crops. Make copies of ALL docs for ALL patients for your records. That will show that you have a legal relationship with that patient until cards arrive

Send it with the original application if it has not been submitted yet. That way you will be protected by the card 21 business days after Lara receives it. If the original application has already been sent then you will need to send a change form as stated above but according to Lara you will then have to wait until you actually receive the hard card to carry section 4 card protection. So much better to designate the caregiver on the patients application. Make sure you read the law...... Read it again.... and rinse and repeat.......

Ya iv read the thing like 5 times. Iv got it printed out now too.. but no, we have not sent the original app yet, doing that on friday when we have the money to cover the check. So if its sent with the original application, do I still have to pay the 10 bucks?

The $10 is only for changing caregivers. Your certification center should handle/explain the paperwork for you if they're worth a shit.

Lol, Appreciate it. Id rather be prepared though you know? They handled mine, had it all in an envelope ready for my money order, I just never asked about a caregiver since I was doing my own.. Everyone here has been a big help, happy growing.

no there is no additional fee if designating a cg on the original paperwork or for recert. hows the lpb doing btw?
