Need ideas on Stealth Hydroponics Setup

This is going to be my first Stealth Hydroponic setup. I'm looking for different ideas and the best way to build this stealth box.

Stealth Box:
    • Metal Locking Storage Cabinet: Dimensions (78" height, 48 width, 28" depth)
Hydroponic System:
    • Electric PH adjuster
    • Electric PPM adjuster: “is there a electric adjuster for both and that automaticly does it?”
    • ? on how big of the hydroponic system i can fit in there with the most yeild.
Lights:
    • Tek light T5 lighting system “don’t know amp., or how many blubs to even run.”
    • Digital light timer: “whats a good one?”
    • 400 watt digital ballast “whats a good one?”
Ventilation:
    • 265 CFM Cage Blower fan
    • 2 Intake Fans:
    • 25lb Carbon Scrubber
    • Digital Temperature
    • Humidity Gauge
FYI:
I need this to be as stealthy as possible, quiet, and odorless.
I'm open to any ideas and would greatly appreciate it.
