Composted dirt I've been making for a year now that looks pretty decent.

What I need help with is getting started. I've been trying to grow for a few years now and I just can't seem to get a good start on this and have bad ass buds in the fall. I'm a veteran with ptsd and in need of some good knowledge. I had a 600w yield lab mh light going with some pretty reputable seeds. I have everything in a 6x6x6 grow tent that is ventilated with a.c. on March 20 of this year I got everything started. 18 on 6 off. After 4 weeks plants were looking pretty decent the light goes out. I happen to get the hps with the light kit so as soon as the mh went out I put the hps in. After 3 days that bulb went out as well. So now I'm in a real pinch because I live in northern MI and I wasn't able to put anything outside yet. I panicked and took all my plants and put the into my glass fish tank in front of my window with two cheap led grow lights I have. I'm pretty sure I stressed them out by doing this but I had no other choice my lesson there was to have extra equipment next time. In the tank I believe I stunted thier growth some. They were still on 18 off 6 but with naturalspring daylight as well for 3 weeks or so. The didn't die but deffinently were looking sad. Now I have them transplanted to 3 gal soft pots outside for about a week now. Please any advice is appreciated. I just want to do this right and have killer bud. I love growing and want to lean as much as possible.

Pics man. You need to upload some pics so people can see the plant and correct the mistakes if there are any.

Make sure you harden them off by limiting their daily exposure to the sun for the first 4-7 days anyway. Make sure you ph your water. If your ph isn't between 6 and 7 your plants will not take in nutrients properly. Your plants will be fine once they are getting proper light and water. They shouldn't show signs of lacking nutrients for a good while but if they do just simply add some fish fertilizer (nitrogen) while they are in veg.
Not surprising they are bad-vibed when you just re-potted them. They will come back.
