Hello I am on my second grow using a clone from the original.

My first run finsiehd great with no issues but now I have one large plant in a 4x4 scrogg that is in week 8 of flower but looks like week 3.

This is in a 4x4 tent with a one thousand Watt LED light and four 100 Watt LEDs. It's in a 10 gallon pot using fox farm ocean Forrest soil and fox farm trio nutes following the shcedule. I do not have great ventilation and I understand that could be part of the problem

I started by super cropping one week before flower, I feed twice then water once each week using the chart measurements.

I did do a heavy loolipopping and defoliated in the first three week. It's seems delayed , will they still finish?

I have no signs of Hermie or deficiency, it's just seems like it's just starting to push buds now but way behind compared to the first run.

That looks a lot like an N excess. It'll do that to flowering plants. What exactly are you feeding? Also, watering three times a week probably isn't letting them dry out as much as they should between waterings.
