Need help!

So its been a pain growing in the winter time. I had some seeds go bad and now I got some clones to sub in. So as you can see in the photo the leafs are wilting. I just planted them yesterday and ran enough water through them until a little water ran out of the bottom. I use pro mix soil and advance nutrients. I run ph 6.0 and about a quarter of what the nutrient amount should be per the bottle. I don't know if they are over or under watered. Or if there is another issue. My temp runs between 73-78 and humidity is around 50%. Please help!!

Thats what I thought but the soil is still wet. Should I give it some more?

looks like under watering, get a moisture meter & take the guessing out of it.

how are you checking the moisture?

I don't do you have any recommendations for one and what should the reading be?

So I got my meter today and all of the soils read moist-wet. The only other thing I can image is if it is a light issue or air issue. Right now they are under a 1000w MH. I have an inline fan blowing fresh air but the air is around 53 degrees. Is that too cold? Again its been a real pain trying to grow in the winter time but I want to succeed. Thanks for everyone input.
