I believe what you're looking for is Panaeolus, I've never heard of 'pinellia' cyanescens. There's definitely a few online spore sellers that stock them

I got to types from earth industries golden teach. And blue meanie both syringes were clear and it's been 5 days and there is nothing I'm my jars. First time doing this project so I might be at fault. I purchased new spores from free spores so well see if there is any difference any tip for a novice mycologist

Quick question if 6-7 days after inoculation and there is no growth absoutly nothing. Does that mean the spores were bad? And my order of panaeolus cyanescens are on the way appreciate the correction. Also I'm using a vermiculate and brown rice flour mix 2 -1-1 ratio could this have something to do with my lack of success

Panolious are not a.good place for the novice to start. They have special requirements and are sensitive to heat, misting and casing.

Best you cut your teeth on cube sis.

No growth after six days means your substrate was too hot, your pH is badly wrong, your spores are not viable, the temperature is way wrong or there is a contaminant that you are not yet qualified to detect.

Well the heat could be a viable source. pH???? Would I be adding something is so what and how much Not to familiar with it. it's day 8 and there are no living organisms in my substrates that can be seen with the naked eye. I would assume that this far out this tells me I was sterile? I have followed what seems to be a tried and true method. This is from what I see online brf cakes. Is there a way I can find out if my spore syringe viable is there an ideal temp there suppose to be stored at. I honestly feel that the spores that I bought...... well the water that I bought had little to no spores in it. I have more from free spores on the way so many this'll be my solution

How long can my jars sit without being contaminated I have my 4inoculation holes with foil still over them it'll be at least a week until my spores get here to lancing just wanted to know if I have to do this again and today is the 10th day

I would say redo those jars. I've had cake type jars sit around for a coupla weeks. But, it was the winter, and they were wrapped in plastic. Just re-sterilize, without too much water in the pc either.

good luck buddy wish i could help yea but im no expert... but if it helps it took me a couple try's until i got my first batch going and once u learned how to perfect the art man its a lot of fun but i started with simple b+ and been wanting to try new strain more advance to see how well im doing and if i can handle more ur not alone

Ooooah man good to hear I was thinking I just suck witch might be true. I really love the trial and error that comes with this industry. I have 1 spot in my blue Melanie jar so we're up and running. It lust took 11 days once that jar takes hold I'll put it on Perry dishes to save it and grow with active culture rather than syringes.
Does it usually take longer from a syringe or prints witch do you prefer

ive only used syringe and i think they slightly work faster cause u can squirt the spores on the sides of the jar to know when they are working but thats all i know
