Need help!!!!!

Hi people i started a grow about 3 months ago.the plant was a rouge seed i have no clue on what strain or type it is.
it has started to grow single big leafs. i need help on what to do now do just leave it to grow or kill it and start again.

ps... Its not even a foot tall

Not much people can say without more info. Worried about leaves? What nutrients are you using (and how much/how often) Soil type feeding/lighting schedule. Grow environment?

Good luck, maybe hold off on starting another until you can figure out what you are doing on this one?

I did not use any nutrients because I just want to grow all natural but indoors. I have it in a all in one soil mix bought from a grading shop not sure of the name of soil, the lights are on 18/6 and it's under a 400w hps with a 200w cfl. It is growing in a grow tent that is 4 foot wide, 3 in length and 6 foot high. I water it every two days

Ps... The pictures are about 3 days old I did have them in a homemade dwc in clay pebbles

You can buy organic ferts to keep it healthy. It looks hungry for N to me.
