Your soil looks pretty dry, water it plenty then mist her for 1-2 weeks(depending on when the soil dryes out) then water again, see how it works out
What soil are you using? it also looks like a nute burn/overwatering

By died do you mean it dried out but was able to recover? It could be that or it was infected with pythium. Can you gently scrape some of the top soil away and see if the roots are brown and slimey? If it has a systemic infection of pythium it'd be best to start over with new soil and a new plant. If it just dried out you might be okay but that kind of stress can permanently stunt a plant and lead to reduced vigor.

That dirt looks like the surface of the moon. The plant needs to be transplanted very soon, and I would take the whole plant very carefully with the soil intact and move it into a larger pot with good soil. That's about all you can do. Good luck

Is that MG regular or the organic choice?

You need to water it so much that all the soil is saturated and some leaks out the bottom of the planter-- then do not water again until the planter feels light-- since it is a seedling- keep the surface of the soil damp with a spray bottle just a spritz or two a day until the plant takes off...
right now- she has no 'foot room' and is cemented in...

I would recommend transplanting to a fluffier mix- even if it is the same soil with some pearlite added.

yea i did not water her in a day so the soil is dry and i did not give her no nute yet but i just got done watering her
If you are watering a tiny seedling that often that is a big part of your problem. Unless you are growing in an oven a seedling like that probably only needs SOME water every 5 days or so.
