I am having growing some ripped bubba and all my clones have turned red. The stocks and stems are red , the leaves are dark green with some deformation. The clones were started under an LED UFO. What should I do to correct this?

Sounds to me like you've overfed your plants, feed with ph'd water for a day or two and watch your nute strength, you don't mention if you're soil or hydro so if soil it could be the soil is too hot for your plants.

sounds like "container stress"....in other words...water logged without roots in a cube or rooter....sometimes when you root cuts the trunk and leaf stems will turn deep red....it is a stress thing....if you planted them into pure roots with clean water, they will grow out of it after the first week.....my cuts often do this.....as a matter of fact, all my last cuts turned red to some degree....and are all perfectly normal colored two weeks after transplant into base soil....
