Looks like u dont need much help man... I'd keep that one burnt plant a lil bit farther away from the light, but other than that, I dont see any real problems, except it makes me want to urge u to step it up to some awesome HID's and a CO2 system, and grow them out to their full potential, as I feel with every CFL/flourescent grow I see...
