You can do it...change them to flowering. Veg for another week man if you got the space. A good rule of thumb I learned is to veg for alittle over half of your useable space if its small/med and then start flowering. Patience pays off, might as well yield as much as you can.

ive got 5 feet of space. so i guess in can grow a lil longer. and also do these look healthy?. abd what is a good way to cut smells in the grow room?

They are looking healthy, you root system looks to be the biggest limitation so far. As far as smell, they won't be really noticeable until you get 3 or more weeks into flowering. Until then they just smell kind of green. Venting to the outside or a carbon filter will be the best. If you keep your door closed it shouldn't go farther than your G.room. I'm pretty simple about it, I just crack a window. It never smells anywhere close to as bad when im blazing. Im about 2 weeks into flowering and I check on mine this morning. It had a nice skunky smell to it when I poked my head in and powered up the lights but nothing outside. I live with 2 other ppl and they don't smell a thing cept for when I blaze/smoke cigs.
what would be limiting my root system? thanks for your answers so far. you have any pics of your "ladies"

Try to find some bigger pots and transplant them into more soil. A 2 gal container of potting soil per plant will make for a cozy fit. If you can't find something that big then atleast get them into something that holds a gallon or 2 lieters. I dont know much about those aero beads your using, never gave them a chance befor. Do the containers with the beads hang down below the grow box? If not then you should get them a bigger container to let the roots grow. My buddy had a plant thats been in a 32 oz cup since seed. We both started the seeds within the same week and mines 3-4 times the size of his. Atleast in soil, I believe, the overall height of the plant is usually represented by half of its roots underground. If you want to see some pics of my plant, there is a link in my sig. Those pics are almost a week old.

yes the net cups hang down into about 40 liters of those grow rocks. the potted plants might go out side for spring.
