well i decided im a use a cabinet i have for the veg an a tent for the bloom .. so i guess my question now would be ventaltion for the cabinet i have a light that measures 24 inchs long it has a 150 watt hps light in the middle an 4 t5 fluros 2 on each side of the 150 watt kinda cool little light fits perfect in my cabinet
here's the measurements for my cabinet
30 inch tall
36 inch wide
25 inch deep
i think this is a descent size for a quick ponics system .. im looking for a tub that is slim in design gonna build my own kit instead of 1 pump im going with 2 air pumps ,, what would be the most efficiat air pump to put inside the tub that is of good quality?? i need to order the asap also need help with what computer fans to buy?? 120mm 74 cfm?? was thinking of installing 2 on the rear lower portioin of the cabinet for intakes .. now just need to decide what to do for the exaust??? My light is not an air cooled light so what will be most efficiant way to exaust hot air???

All I can say is those lil 150 watt lights with ballast in it. Get pretty hot anin a wood cabenit more, but so so the t5s will do it for veg but ima hps man myself anyways sure I wasn't much help but u had no replies an I hate that

So Serious.. Just veg with t5's or cfl's 6500k.. They do a great job.. But despite the low heat, you will still need airflow

true but the light i have does not have a ballast .. it just plugs in an has 2 switchs 1 for t5s an 1 for the 150 watt i can change out the bulb to a mh for veg then throw the hps back in for veg .. the box is not wood.. it is a metal cabinet that im gonna customize i think 2 120 mm computer fans at the lower side of cabinet on the back .. i was thinking for exaust i can get a 4 inch inline fan with ducking to draw the hot air out at the top you think this would work or be over kill? or should i just put to 120mm exaust fans at the top to vent out??

If u get a inline fan that will do it alone as its drawing all that air out more will come in through the cracks. an u sure there's not a ballast in that light all the 150 I've had have had a lil ballast installed in the hood
