Need help with this theiving dispensary on weedmaps

On his better days that's exactly what he is. When he has cash on him and you go in to collect he'll tell you "I can't pay you unless you leave me more stuff". But most days he's just outright ripping people off. Either way, he's a scumbag and a criminal.
I'm no gangster. That's not my style. But other people he's robbed are. I've seen some scary looking dudes who he's ripped off. I'll leave that stuff to them.
You can sue him in small claims court. I sued a club in LA about 3 months ago and won. I have just filed a sc-107 which is a document legally requiring him to show his income,assets,investments etc. When you win you can place liens on his property or if you can get his bank account info you can have the court garnish his wages. You bet your ass Dan can sue him and he should. So should all the other people that got robbed. Ruin his credit and make his life miserable.
Thats incorrect, I sued Absolute Herbal Pain Solutions in LA. So did another vendor.. They absolutely will recognize it. I should know I won my case and have proof. I've been wondering what should be done about people like this when they decide to steal from people like this. I'm going to be taking some stuff into shops soon...And got forbid if someone tried to steal from my I can see myself going to jail after smashing someones store to pieces with a baseball bat.

Anybody with any street skills knows that fronting or consignment or what ever you want to call it is a pathway to headache or worse more times than not especially to some complete stranger dispensary owner. anybody neg reviewing them? place has 4.5 star rating

The owner of this dispensary has been run out of town. It has since been taken over by people who actually do pay and I vouch for them 100%.
And it's easy to talk about never taking consignment, but it really depends where you are. 80% of dispensaries including most reputable ones only work on consignment. It's pretty standard. San Francisco is the only place I know of where dispensaries pay cash up front.
There is a right way and a wrong way to do consignment deals. That time I did it the wrong way and paid the price.

This isn't dope dealing. It's a business. Same rules don't apply. You can actually take dispensaries to court now if they don't pay you.
If it weren't for consignment deals there are several times where I might have been forced to go out and get a real job.

Now that it's a year and a half later, I can say what we actually did. There was a mutiny at the shop. The employees took it over. We unplugged the credit card machine (accepting cash only) and had the vendors and employees who were owned money running the shop while the owner wasn't allowed in the building. We got sort of repaid by just selling stuff on the shelf and getting retail value for everything while the owner got nothing except to pay the bills/taxes while we made all the money. Eventually one of the ex-employee/vendors who was owed money got the shop transferred into his name and is running it still.

"Walk in with green walk out with green "is my policy but good luck there are how many consignment failure threads on the net? If you're pushing something that's hard to get rid of for some reason or other I understand by all means front them take the risk but if you're just handing over top shelf to a club with for a smile,handshake, and promise to pay you down the road that's well foolish IMO. You're kidding yourself if you think these 50-70 8ths clubs don't have the greenbacks to give you your dough at time of sale.

Harborside, Elemental Wellness, and Yurba Buena are the the top volume clubs in the bay area. They treat you extremely well, pay extremely well and only take consignment. There is no reason not to vend there. It's a lot less risky to take consignment from them that to walk around SF with a backpack looking for cash deals. Traveling outside your comfort zone is just as good of a way to get ripped off. The best way to do business IMO is only deal with people you know or clubs where you know someone who can vouch for them.
