Hello World,

I started this new grow about 2 months ago its going pretty good. Let me give you guys the run down its Miracle grow seed starter soil 4 cfl at 1300 lumens each 2 daylight and 2 neutral, using Flora Nova 1 part bloom 1 part grow mix and snow white seed, 2 rubbermaid box stack lined with foil and three pc fans one for outake and 2 for intake all running on 12/12 from seed till now. My issue is that im getting brown spots at the end of certain leaves and i dont know why i water every week a full cup of plain water and half of nutes i use very little since i have only one plant growing i had a skunk but it turned out male. Any ideas would help me out big time....:bigjoint:

Another thing im not to sure about those neutral lights.. if the lights aren't blue, or red spectrum i dont think it helps the plants out at all.

You should allways start with a 1/4 to a 1/2 dose and work your way to full dose when feeding to see how that plants react to it.

Yeah, dont give to much nutes not a good thing. What you might want to do is check your drainage water.. after you just get done watering and check that Ph.. u want you drainage water right around 6.2-7.0.

Your plants look really healthy, i think they kinda look small for 2 months but i donno, im only on week 2 on my first grow.

Yeah flowering at 2 months is ok. Actually i think he should start flowering right around this time, i plant is gonna double if not tripple in size. It looks bigger then a foot tall, so that means it'll finish right around 3'-3 1/2' tall.

Im saying 2 months cause im counting in the seedling time along with since i first saw it sprout up. But i will check my ph also the temp is always about 83-85 during 12/12 and when off it stays about 71-74.bongsmilie

Ya buddy just cut back on the nutes a bit. And no your not hurting anything by flowering that early. Only thing it hurts is the amount of yield. The plant really doesn't look that bad. I wouldn't worry to much..

Do you got a fan blowing on the plant? It'll help strengthen up the steam for your big ass buds your gonna get.

Thanks for all the info samsquanch but i had to go directly to 12/12 due to timing i have at the moment.

yes i have two pc fans blowing air in and one blowing the air out i know i will have to add another one for higher air flow to get the stems tough.

There is no shame in that. I got plants right now that i started 12/12 right from seed. Because of the same reason. You're doing good keep it up..

If i was you, i'd really consider either LST (low stress training) or lowering some of those CFL's, like putting them around the plant so the light can penetrate. Mayb even topping also to get a couple big colas instead of just 1. Just a thought.

my snow whites were a little touchy from the flornova one parts as well while i was in veg i swithced to foxfarms grobig. but now im back in flowering using my doodoo brown flora nova bloom. i added cal mag to mine as well and it seemed to put a stop to the spotting. does it almost look like little rust spots on a few of the older leaves? well i am also running ebb and flow so it may be your soil but i had the same issues with nirvana's snow white and switching to foxfarm and cal mag additive cleared it all up. your gunna love how crystaly they get. mine are just now at 5 weeks and the trich's are standing straight up on the leaves and i swear it has more every couple of hours,
