NEED HELP WITH PICKING LIGHTS

So me and my two business partners are looking at starting a good size growery for when the laws pass in PA, which were hoping for soon. But my idea is to build a 25'x15' room with tables running on each side which will be 5'x8' so I'm looking at 3 tables per side with with roughly 40 plants per table and do not know if I should go 1000w or 600w and am also wondering how many lights should I get for each side thanks a lot guys

Since a 1000w will cover a 5x5' space, a 1000w with a light mover over each table might be your best bet. Otherwise, I'd probably go with two 600w lamps over each table (600w covers 4x4').

Thanks spek I was thinking about going with the 600 w I've read that two of the put out more then 1000w and there a bit more cost effective to use any other tips for setting up a room that size would much appreciated also thanks again

2 600's over each table is what i would do. so thats 12 lights total..

are you doing 12/12 from clone or do you plan on having a seperate table for vegging, 40 plants per table would be a sog method and you will need an area for establishing clones and keeping a mother or 2

for veg i would go with some big T5 fixtures to save on electricity and reduce heat.

im asuming your going to be growing in hydro...so you could keep a couple of DWC buckets for the mothers and rig up a couple aero cloners for cuttings. then when they are ready to go to flower just tranfer them into your flowering system's. make all your pots interchangable so you can just remove from veg area and place in the flower area. for a small SOG setup i dont see why 2' net pots and neophrene collars wouldnt work throughout the entire grow, skit the clay pebbles? (not sure but if you can that would be one less headache) and then you have the freedom to move things around with extreme eaze.

you can setup each table to be a different stage as well so you can setup different rez for each table allowing you to step up the nutrients at each table. so in the interest of theory....table 1 can be mothers and cuttings, table 2 can be vegatative phase, table 3 will be flower introduction so the rez would contain some 1:4 bloom:veg nutrients, table 4 would be a 4:1 ratio then table 5 can be a medium strength nutes for weeks 4-6 and table 5 would be a higher concentration of nutrients in rez for weeks 7-9

then essentially you could have a chart above each rez indicating what is working best for nutrients at that stage of growth for your plants and monitor each site acording to the charts.

So I found on a website called growace. Com startup rooms what I'm planning on doing now is 4 1000w lights 2 on each side I'm thinking about putting a 600w in between them so I'm shooting for 240 plants a room. and I'm gonna do one grow first get that down than build another room for clones. Also I'm gonna have two of these rooms next to each other built the same one will be for veg the other for flowering so I can always have a cycle going. I do plan on doing a hydro setup eventually but our plan is to get some solid bud pumped out first. That stater kit comes with everything needed for setting up a larger scale room for either soil or hydro. Thanks for all the questions and ideas guys it keeps the brain flowing. Also on a even better note I got off the phone with a Township zoning officer and I now have the backing to start the growery when ever the bill gets passed sorry anything missed spelled I'm not the best grammatically

I don't like light movers

Don't buy all that cheap stuff on growace

whats a 5x8 table, some custom thing?

2 Gavita 1000e de per table

3 people involved in a grow = bad idea
