Need Help with nutrient solution

So, when I mix my nutrient solution I usually do it 24hrs. in advance to let the ph stabilize.

I didn't always do this, but I figured out that FloraNova mixed with RO water will completely stabilize itself to 5.8 without any ph up or down in 24hours. Not 12 hours, or 16hours, but in 24hours it will hit 5.8 and stay there for days.

My question is this...

Usually I plan on filling my 30 gallon resevior 24hours in advance, but this week work caught up with me. I have work tomorrow and my plants usually get watered on a timer at 7:30am. I unplugged my pump since my resevior is empty, or almost after getting watered this morning.

Can I mix a 5gal bucket of my solution in the morning and adjust the ph immediately, then water my plants?

That's always what I use to do, but now I know that it stabilizes in 24hours, I'm hesitant to add any ph up or down-I also don't want to mess with the existing ph of my root zone.

After I add all my nutrients in RO water the ph goes down to 4.7, so I need to add ph up. If I add ph up and get it to 5.8, within a couple hours it will be over 6. Doesn't this mean that the ph will rise in my medium(coco) after I water them?

I'm oh so confused about this because I always use to add ph up almost immediately after I mixed my nutes, then watered my plants by hand. It wasn't until I set up my automated DTW system I started mixing 24hrs in advance once I realized how ph stable FloraNova was.

Just wanted to say a quick thanks to the OP for this thread, as I am hand watering and wondered why the bottle of canna coco a&b said to leave it out several hours before watering. I guess that is why! On the back of this I am going to mix my nutes for tomorrow *now*, not add any vinegar, and check them again tomorrow to see what diff it makes. Thanks dude!
