need help with lighting--flouros

HI, im a first time grower just trying maybe 3 or 4 plants. Can anyone send me a link to what king of flouros i can use. will this work

Conventional tubes? Gro-Lux are decent bulbs, look for the VHO(very high output), more expensive, but it's worth it.
