Oh and i forgot one thing im only using 2 fans to exhaust and blow fresh air into 2 different rooms so im gonna have to split the ducting so it can blow out in two diff. rooms and also cool a cooltube with 2 150 watt hps bulbs.

Use passive intakes, slightly larger that your exhausts in each room. 48cfm is the right cfm to circulate the air every minute, I would go with around 100cfm though as you're pulling through cooltubes. You can't overventilate though so maybe go a bit bigger incase you decide to upgrade your lights.

Do you already own the 2 fans? If so, what are they rated for?

I'd use one for the lights and one for exhaust w/ passive intake.

This is my exhaust setup. It sounds like my cabinet is pretty similar in size to yours.

The first picture is the cabinet. The exhaust box is that rectangular MDF box mounted to the right side of the cabinet. You can also see the intake on the lower left hand corner. That glowing round thing is a humidifier. Above that is my timer and power distribution.

The second picture is the exhaust fans looking from inside the cabinet.

Picture three is inside the exhaust box. The air is blown from the cabinet into the exhaust box by the fans. It then passes through two aluminum window screens before exiting through the holes in the bottom of the box. I usually cover both screens with activated charcoal, which is the black stuff in the photos covering all of the top screen and part of the bottom screen. There's nothing stinky in there now, so I mostly uncovered the screen to ease ventilation.

Picture four is the outside of the exhaust box.

Both fans are supposed to move 100cfm each. With both of them running plus my 400W HPS, the box stays just above 80degrees.
