need help with breeding and growing

I have finally figured out at least two or three of the four plants i have growing from seed i obtained whiled traveling in Bhutan are male. I am a newby grower and i have never done any breeding. But from what i read its not all that hard. My problem is I currently have very limited grow space, and I see a problem with growing and breeding in the same place. I have 6 plants in mid flower in the an area separate from my seedlings. How careful do you need to be when breeding to make sure you don't track pollen into the grow room? If this is a big problem, i can wait till after harvest to begin breeding. If i keep the male plants in a veg stage how long will it take them to start producing pollen?
any help on this stuff here would be much appreciated.

As for the breeding, I have obtained a a large bubba clone, and a large g-13 clone, and a small hindu clone. I plan to use the g-13 plant to teach myself to clone, and was also planning to grow it in my next crop.

The bubba and hindu i was planning on breeding with the plants from bhutan. budda bubba? any ideas or info on this?

also, I have all them in DWC hydro systems now, would it make my life a lot easier if I transferred the plants for breeding into soil?

You need to be VERY careful. I would try to have a couple grows under my belt before I started breeding. It's just going to make the first experience even harder! Besides, if they aren't fantastic males, why breed with them?If they are though, pollen can always be collected and stored for up to 2 years in a freezer. Good luck!
