need help with a couple of problems

Ok I got 2 sets of problems, one is a mother plant with brownish rust colored spots, I think has to do with cal mag not sure ... and other is a couple of seedlings, they seem a little too droopy to me..
I use an LED so I think I may have over watered them as I am used to vegging with cfl so im used to the heat using water faster so any any is appreciated, thanks in advance and happy growing everyone!

And here I thought this was a thread looking for some dirty deeds done dirt cheap or some shit
