Need Help With A Ballast Problem

when i had a power outage my lights did not come back on when the power did, i waited almost an hour thinking they would come on, i had to unplug them and plug them back in and then they worked

thats what happens with them

You must have felt a duffus when you stood there scratching your head,jumping up and down,swearing for an hour when all you had to do was flick the switch off/on.

i always feel dumb when i dont know what to do when electrical shit happens, my one magnetic ballast came back on but not my two digitals
